Intro:
We welcome you to participate in the VISA Band Fans (VBF) Community, however as with all social circles there are a few rules you must abide by in order to maintain your active membership within these message boards and website in general :

This place has been created for VISA Fans basically to provide great community for all of our members and following these Guidelines is the best way to maintain that.

If we find that you break any of these Rules, Your Account may be disabled and your posting privileges will be removed.

These Rules are Basic and We Hope That You Read Them Fully & Carefully:

2. No Graphic Material of a Macabre or Direct Pornographic Nature, Racism and/or Sick Jokes is not Permitted.

Any posts or Links to such content will Not be tolerated.



3. No Direct Cursing or Swear Words.

We Encourage You to Use Our Communities as a forum to debate and discuss different topics, using swearing is fine but please use proper adjectives to express yourself.
We do not tolerate any of direct swearing words, or attacking (flaming) toward any other member.



4. No Racism, No Threatening, No (citing) Victimization (via PM) or Hateful posts / Retaliation of any kind against a Member, or Group of Members.



5. No Flaming, Personal Attacks such as Flaming, Instigating "flame bait", Verbal Abuse or Mocking of Members in forum Posts are not Tolerated.

Such posts will be deleted and moderated accordingly (without warning).
If you are a long standing member, act like one. Lead by example and assist other newer members rather then attacking them and making fun of them. We look upon our veteran members to use this opportunity to teach the newer members the appropriate way to use these message boards.



6. Posts in a Particular forum need to stay on Topic (No off Topic).

If you don't know where to post your topic, then post it in the General Discussion forum.
General Discussion is created for members to discuss issues not related to a specific forum section.



7- Use a Title that Describes the Content of Your Post. Don't use all Caps or special Characters to Draw Attention.



8- No spamming.

Spamming is characterized by the initiation of Threads or Posts that contribute nothing to a Forum, be it off topic or on topic.
Examples include: Empty Posts, Posts with Few words that have no Relation to The Current Thread or Discussion and Those posts that state they are spam, either to annoy, advertise or increase a member's post count.
Resurrecting old forum posts is also not appreciated unless it serves a worthy cause to the forum.



9. No Advertisement.

Advertisement includes: street-teaming, linking to another websites, spamming the boards or other sections by putting ads…etc
All such posts will be deleted and the user might get banned without warning.


10- Use the appropriate Avatars and Signatures Sizes

Please make sure you keep the size limits of both signature and avatar
Avatar should not be more than 150x160 max dimensions, pictures in signatures should not be more than 500x200 max dimensions.
Any inappropriate Avatar or/and Signatures, will be removed immediately by the Admins, coz it usually mess the forums' layout.



11. Do not use the forums as a chatbox.

If you want to ask other members for personal info, use the PM option. Continued private jokes between two single posters without interaction of others should be left to messenger and/or PM. Please try not to post more than 2-3 times a page, you don't have to reply to everyone. Just wait a few minutes and reply to several posts in one go. This goes for all the forums, including the Random ones.



12. VISABandFans.com Requires That Members Respect The Decision of The Staff.

Threads and Posts questioning the actions or decisions of forum Moderation will be deleted, and the appropriate action taken (up to and including forum bans) against the thread starter and/or Participants.
However, as a member you reserve the right to PM any moderator or administrator regarding action taken at VISAbandFans.



13. VISABandFans.com Staff Reserves the Right to Change or Alter These Rules at Any Time and an Administrator’s word is final.
