Question

I Can't login !! I'm sure my password is correct but it keeps kick me out each time I'm logged in, what should I do?

Answer

This is simply a problem happen due to your browser settings, to fix that do these steps:

For Internet Explorer Users

1- Click "Tools" menu > Internet Options

2- Click on Clear cookies and then yes

3- close your Internet Explorer and reopen it

Thats it !

For FireFox Users

1-Click on Tools menu > options > Privacy

2- Scroll down and find "Clear now" and click it

3- Close FireFox and reopen it

Thats it


If your browser still keep loggin you out then make sure to check "Remember me" box when you log in.
